Took an excursion to Western Illinois to Ikea-landia. Made trivial purchases, dined on Swedish Balls and got goofy on coffee. After successfully navigating our way home, we banged out this beauty below:

Later in the evening, we took a hydrometer reading on our homemade hard cider and got our first taste of this deliciously dry, champagne-ish apple nectar. Scheduled to be bottled tomorrow. We're excited to sample this batch as it carbonates and matures in the bottle. Carboy photo:
