working on more books for consignment

It is beginning to look like all we eat is pizza! not true

waving the smoke out the door eeek!

logan and I went on a bar date to The Owl a few blocks from our apartment- and made a great pizza when we got home! cracked an egg in the middle for the first time.

Weekend Drives, Pizza and Cider

Took an excursion to Western Illinois to Ikea-landia. Made trivial purchases, dined on Swedish Balls and got goofy on coffee. After successfully navigating our way home, we banged out this beauty below:

Roasted Garlic-Breaded Eggplant-Black Olive and Chive Pizza. Jealous?

Later in the evening, we took a hydrometer reading on our homemade hard cider and got our first taste of this deliciously dry, champagne-ish apple nectar. Scheduled to be bottled tomorrow. We're excited to sample this batch as it carbonates and matures in the bottle. Carboy photo:

pre-Halloween beer tasting and cuddle time. Crit decided that the new wolfie blanket is for him via my mom & I decided that Brooklyn Brewery Sorachi Ace Saison is the best beer I have tasted in a very long time!!
